CPAH Rental units currently available:

CPAH owns and manages over 160 affordable rentals, including condominium units, townhomes, and single-family homes throughout the northern suburbs.

Below is a listing of units currently available through CPAH. The first step to applying to any of these units is to fill out a pre-application at the link below.

CPAH Pre-Application

Inclusionary units currently available*:

CPAH helps the City of Highland Park, the City of Evanston, and the Village of Northbrook administer their Inclusionary Housing programs. These units are not a part of CPAH’s affordable housing inventory. Rent, fees etc. are determined by the development, not by CPAH. Below is a listing of units currently available through Inclusionary Housing Programs.

*The first step to applying to any of these units is to fill out a pre-application for the waiting list at the link below. Prospective applicants must first be on the waiting list to receive an application for any unit. Eligibility is determined by income, household size, and other program rules.
